Find yourself the desired option files with a spot of internet sleuthing - a popular choice is the one from PES World, altough that doesn't seem to be live just yet - the only one we can find so far is the one from pes-patch here.Create a folder on the USB called WEPES.Select the image you wish to replace, save your changes in the Edit Menu and now you have completely licensed leagues within PES 2019.To do so on PS4 specifically, simply follow the instructions below (a quick word of warning: obviously, whatever you download from internet forums is done so at your own risk, so bear that in mind before you do too much digging around!):.Select the league you wish to edit, followed by Emblem > Load. This is where things get tedious as you’ll need to navigate to Edit > Competitions.Tick all of the league badges you wish to import into the game and then continue.Head back to the Data Management page and select Import/Export > Import Images > Competition Emblems.Importing competition emblems into PES needs to be done manually, making it quite the tedious task to complete. Installing League Emblems in PES 2019 on PS4

Once started, navigate through the menu to Extras > Edit > Data Management > Import / Export > Import Team.

Plug the USB drive into your PS4 and start-up PES 2019.
